Client Relationship Manager – Property and Casualty
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) position is responsible for client retention and growth as well as managing the renewal and transaction processes for the assigned clients. With a focus on client needs, the CRM enhances the client experience through periodic client meetings, proactive service plan creation and account management in partnership with producers and account managers. The CRM reviews coverage options and client goals to provide support and make strategic recommendations for assigned clients.
